Today we suffered through one of the saddest weekends of our lives.
Somehow our puppy Takara caught a Parvo virus.
She had been vacinated against it, however, our vet said that sometimes it just doesn't take.
We spend the weekend trying to hand feed her and force fluids into her body, but we knew from the moment of diagnoisis that it was unlikely we would win this battle.
We had a little mini-service in our backyard and buried her there.
Kids are heart broken and I have to say that this took quite a bit more out of me then I thought it would.
